Terms
These terms provide a basic set of usage rules and product disclaimers for the current LeanPod surface. They are intended to be simple, product-facing terms for this stage of the app.

Use of the service
LeanPod is provided for personal and internal evaluation use unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for the text, links, and source material you submit, and you should only use content you have the right to process or listen to through the product.
Availability and changes
LeanPod is an evolving product. Features, voice behavior, availability, limits, and supported platforms may change at any time without notice. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Output and accuracy
Transcript alignment, extraction quality, speech output, and rewritten listening modes are provided on an as-is basis. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable in some browsers, devices, or content types.
Acceptable use
Do not use LeanPod in a way that violates law, infringes the rights of others, attempts to disrupt the service, or misuses third-party content, voices, or infrastructure.
Data and future processing
LeanPod currently stores playback and privacy preferences locally in your browser, and optional analytics can be enabled only after your consent. We may add more storage, processing, or account-backed features later as the product develops, and these terms may be updated if that happens.
No warranties and limitation of liability
LeanPod is provided as available and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-related losses arising from use of the service.
